1. Hosting Plans
If you are not satisfied with a new hosting subscription, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase. Eligible requests may receive a prorated or full refund at our discretion, minus any third-party fees already incurred.
2. Domain Names
Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once processed, as registry fees are paid on your behalf immediately.
3. Development Services
Custom web and mobile development projects follow the payment milestones outlined in your project agreement. Deposits for work already started are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
