Usage Terms

1. Purpose

These Usage Terms define acceptable behaviour when using Lemonwares hosting, email, and related infrastructure. They supplement our Terms & Conditions.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing messages
• Hosting malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material without permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Running resource-intensive processes that degrade service for other customers
• Using our services for activities that violate Nigerian or international law

3. Email Usage

Business email accounts must comply with anti-spam regulations. We monitor for abuse and may suspend accounts that send high volumes of unsolicited mail.

4. Hosting Resources

Shared hosting plans are designed for typical website traffic. Sustained excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth usage may require an upgrade to a VPS or dedicated plan.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases of serious abuse.
